I really like these while on my period. I like the lace sides as it gives more stretch and room and makes them more comfortable. I’m XS in all their undies except the thong. Other brands I’m typically a small but Proof runs a bit bigger in sizing so XS fits nicely. These work nicely under jeans too. Even though they are called cheeky, they cover the rear in a nice way and don’t ride up. The everyday, the two lace side undies and the thongs are my favorite. I wear the thongs everyday and no longer need panty liners.

I own several different styles of proof underwear and this is my favorite one. It is thick enough to hold a good amount of fluid, but not too bulky that it looks bad under clothes. The lace detailing is cute and the underwear is flattering overall on my body.

I tried Thinx, Dear Kate, and Proof. For me, Proof underwear were by far winners for feeling like normal underwear that I don’t loath putting on. These lace ones are probably my favorite because the lace provides a more custom fit on my hips and thighs. I really appreciate that no part of these underwear feel plasticity and that there aren’t thin, tight bands of elastic to dig into my body during the most uncomfortable time of the month. While these give a bit of a panty line, they are the most invisible for the protection that they offer. I also wore these a few weeks postpartum and really liked feeling just a tiny bit attractive after the massive pads were done with.
