What type of leaks is the Proof Thong best for?
The Thong is equipped with Leak-Loc™ technology and light absorbency that holds up to 1 regular tampon or 2 tsp. That makes it perfect for light bladder leaks or periods, spotting, discharge, or sweat. The unique moisture-wicking lining and antimicrobial fibers wick moisture away from the body and inhibits the growth of bacteria while fighting odor.
What makes the Proof leakproof thong comfortable?
Our leakproof, period-proof thong was designed with comfort in mind. Created with buttery-soft, stretch fabric that moves with the body and a thin, flexible gusset keeps you comfortable, day or night.
How should a thong fit and what size should I buy?
We typically advise buying your normal underwear size for the thong. For a more generous, high-rise fit, you may like a size up. For more size guidance, check out our size guide.
Can I wear a thong everyday?
Oh yes! The Thong is great for everyday wear, as it provides light ‘back up’ protection for all of those in-between days. Smooth, seamless edges vanish under clothing to provide a sleek look under clothing.
Is the Proof leakproof thong good for light periods?
The leakproof thong undie was designed with light periods in mind. If you have a low flow, the thong will pull moisture away from the body and into the Leak-Loc™ core which holds up to 1 regular tampon or 2 tsp.
Proof’s patented Leak-Loc™ technology protects against all of life’s leaks, both big and small. Our undies hold up to 10 teaspoons (that’s 5 full tampons worth!) of liquid. We craft our pairs with rigorously-tested materials, to ensure the highest quality care *down there*.

Your hip and waist measurements are the most important size when finding the perfect fit.
Measure around your body as shown.
Find your waist measure by leaning over to one side. Where your body naturally creases is your where you will place the tape. Measure parallel to the ground.
For your hip measurement, turn to the side and locate the fullest part of your booty. Place the tape around your body, parallel to the floor, around the widest and fullest part of your hips and tush.
If your measurements fall into different size categories, your hip measurement will be most accurate.
