Order Processing Time

We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments. Although most packages ship out same day or next day, without expedited freight we cannot guarantee this.

Due to higher than normal demand please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process.

Proof does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next business day. This means that orders placed Friday after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next Monday.

Free shipping is offered on qualifying U.S. orders. This offer is available to the contiguous United States plus Alaska and Hawaii (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and Minor Outlying Islands.)

Standard Shipping is available for all United States based orders including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and Minor Outlying Islands.

*We cannot always guarantee a 3 business day service to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and Minor Outlying Islands. APO/FPO address ship time does not include Military Mail processing time, which has no guaranteed date.

Return Policy

If it's your first order on shopproof.com, we offer a 60 Day Leak Free Guarantee policy, no questions asked. This guarantee means that if your first order is not up to your period or leak standards, we will take them back and offer you a full refund. Note this is only valid on your first order for up to one pair of worn undies.

For all other orders, all items ordered from Proof's website come with a 30 day return policy. 

Final Sale Policy: Items marked as “Final Sale” are nonrefundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

$4.95 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price for all returns. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. We will not accept items that are damaged, stained, or show visible signs of wear. All items should include original packaging and tags.

We have found exchanges tend to delay the process of getting your product reshipped out and we are certain you want your product as soon as possible without any sort of delay. For this reason, we advise all customers to return their current order and repurchase the product(s) in order to receive everything the fastest.

Our Easy Return Process

  • Click the button at the top of the page to start the return process.
  • Type in your Order Number and Email Address & click “Return Items”.
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return.
  • The system will generate a USPS prepaid return label which you will receive via email.
  • Use our label on your return package and bring it to your postal carrier or local post office.
  • After receiving and processing your item a refund will be issued. Note that our processing and handling fee of $4.95 is deducted from the total upon return.
  • This process should be completed within a week.
  • We are unable to refund any paid shipping charges.

If you can, we’d love you to try and conserve on shipping bags and return your items in the same mailer bag it arrived in.
