For any first time returns, we offer a 60 day Leak Free Guarantee:
- Begin your return 60 days or less after your purchase is received.

- Please provide Customer Service your Items to be Returned, Order Number and Email Address.
- After approving your return, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
- This process should be completed within a week.
- Terms & Conditions: Proof reserves the right to a) limit the number of returns, b) void or reject any return in the case it is fraudulent, a violation of these terms, or any other inappropriate activity (abuse of the program) determined by Proof
