We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments. Although most packages ship out same day or next day, without expedited freight we cannot guarantee this.
Proof does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next business day. This means that orders placed Friday after 1PM PST/4PM EST will ship out the next Monday.

For any first time returns, we offer a 60 day Leak Free Guarantee:
- Begin your return 60 days or less after your purchase is received.

- Please provide Customer Service your Items to be Returned, Order Number and Email Address.
- After approving your return, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
- This process should be completed within a week.
