The built-in lining increases in coverage from lightest to heaviest. The Mesh Hipster Leakproof Underwear provides heavy absorbency, or up to 4 tampons or 8 teaspoons. You can, of course, wear a panty liner with any of our leak-proof underwear, but it is not necessary.
