WHAT IS FSA PERIOD UNDERWEAR FOR TEENS?

In March 2020, the CARES Act qualified menstrual products such as tampons, pads, or period underwear as a qualified medical expense for FSA funds. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are designated accounts that employees can pay into with pre-taxed money. The accounts are arranged by your employer, and there are limitations on the accounts. For example, accounts per employer are limited to $3,200 annually. With a Marketplace or Exchange Plan, you may have access to a similar account known as a Health Savings Plan (HSA). To receive reimbursement for purchases, submit proof of the purchase through your employer. You may also need to prove it’s not covered by your health insurance plan.
